Under the leadership of President Roy J. Nirschel, Roger Williams University is one of the fastest growing liberal arts universities in the Northeast. U.S. News & World Report has ranked us in the top 10 of Comprehensive Colleges in the North for 2007, and the school has experienced unprecedented growth in undergraduate applications, academic quality, new facilities, philanthropy and visibility. We are located in the historic seacoast community of Bristol, R.I., on a 140-acre waterfront campus 25 minutes from Providence and an hour from Boston. The University includes a College of Arts and Sciences and five professional schools including the only law school in Rhode Island. We currently enroll 3,800 full-time undergraduate students and more than 1,500 part-time, graduate and professional students.
