Operations Supervisor – Wastewater Treatment
Rodeo Sanitary District is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead our wastewater treatment plant and collection system operations.
Reporting to the Chief Plant Operator, this key supervisory role oversees daily operations and maintenance of the treatment plant, pump stations, and collection system. You will supervise operations and maintenance staff, ensure regulatory compliance, implement SOPs, manage preventative maintenance programs, and act as Operator in Charge when needed.

Requirements:
- California Grade III Wastewater Treatment Operator Certificate
- Minimum 5 years of wastewater operations experience, including 3 years supervisory/lead experience
- Strong leadership, technical, and problem-solving skills
- This position has significant move-up potential for top level performance
